1: Product information

All product information comes either directly from the supplier or from Mozow Denmark's own experience. All prices are incl. 25% VAT and other taxes, however, Danish VAT is deducted on trade to countries outside the EU. Prices are daily prices. Mozow Denmark's stock status is indicative and shows either our own or our suppliers' stock status. We strive a lot to have a completely correct stock status, but it unfortunately happens that the item is not in stock, despite positive stock status.

2: Payment

Mozow Denmark accepts the vast majority of types of payment cards, which currently means, Dankort, Visa / dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Paypal as well as payment by bank transfer (note! By bank transfer you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read Why)

We use 3D Secure, which means that you may be asked for an additional code from your card provider - For ours and for your security. When paying by card, the money is deducted first on the date of dispatch or thereafter. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted. By bank transfer, your order will only be processed when we can see your payment in our account. All card information is sent encrypted to NETS via DIBS Payment System, ensuring that no one other than you and your card provider has access to your information. Mozow Denmark does NOT store card information and in the event of a wrong order, card information is also deleted by us.

There is no charge for payment on Mozow Denmark.

3: Right of withdrawal

You have a 100-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Mozow Denmark. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the product's sales value significantly.As the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the goods, this may mean that the goods cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. 5: Complaint

As with all purchases in Denmark, Mozow Denmark provides a 2-year warranty on all items. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. It is important to know that it is not Mozow Denmark that is responsible for the guarantee, but rather the suppliers themselves. However, all complaint handling must go through Mozow Denmark. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. In the event of a complaint, please contact us BEFORE possible. return of the item, and preferably with clear pictures and explanation. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. If the product is not entitled to a complaint, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from us. 6: Delivery

As a general rule, Mozow Denmark sends all packages with Post Danmark & ​​GLS. It does not give us the best shipping prices, but by far the best service for our customers. All our delivery times are indicative. Delivery time is 1-2 business days. Delivery methods: Go to www.postdanmark.dk and search for the words below for better delivery options for you. Recipient flex - Get your goods delivered even when you are not at home. The 24-hour box - Get your goods delivered in Post Danmark's nationwide 24-hour boxes and pick them up when you have time. You can also have your package delivered at your work. Here you simply select your workplace as an alternative delivery address.

7: Delivery outside Denmark

Delivery to Greenland 350, - (by ferry)If you want delivery to another country, you must contact us first. NOTE: For deliveries to Greenland, Danish VAT will be deducted. Regretted purchase: Buy a return label here. Include order number in the package - DO NOT send the item in your own product box, but in another cardboard box.

Parcels MUST be sent to the address and not to parcel shops / post offices. When the order is returned, you get the money back to the same card that was ordered on, if you want the money returned to another account, attach reg. and account number.

Exchange of goods:

  1. Make a new order and write "Exchanging order XXXXXX" in the comments field of the new order.
  2. We then send a free return label with, for the return of previous orders.
  3. When the order is returned, you get the money back to the same card that was ordered on.
